ていねいに割れた部分を見ていただきました。出来上がりが9月ということで少し驚きましたが、それがけ人気でかつ手間と時間がかかるものなのだなと納得しました。

欠けたガラスに色漆が塗れたので、マステで養生をしました。ガラスの養生をするのは、錆漆で汚さないようにするだけでなく、砥粉でガラスを傷つけないようにするためというのを初めて知りました。

また、ガラス漆を塗った後、研がずにすぐ錆漆を乗せて良いことも知りました。

I scheduled a 30-minute assessment of my broken teapot. We arrived 10 minutes early and the manager welcomed us in immediately. She explained all the options and the timeline. She was very professional and quickly arrived at the estimate. It seemed like a fair price. I can't review the quality of work since the piece won't be ready for pickup for five months. However, there were some beautifully repaired pieces on display in the shop. So far, I have a very favorable opinion of this store. I would like to try their kintsugi kit sometime.
