Gentle yoga is perfect for people who would like to try yoga for the first time or for those who are looking for a softer approach to their yoga practice in English.
In this class we will combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises and restorative postures to stretch and strengthen the body and reduce stress and calm the mind.
I’ve been a yoga teacher for 15 years and I have a wide range of experiences teaching advanced students to people with no yoga experience.
Everybody is welcome to practice yoga in English in this supportive environment.
