事前予約制の試乗体験で、最先端・世界最高峰の性能をしっかり体感していただけるだけでなく、キャニオンのブランドクルーがバイクに関する疑問や購入方法、アフターサービスについて相談を承ります。※事前予約制の試乗会開催日のみの営業です。

また、『キャニオン東京テストセンター』に加えて京都には『キャニオンジャパンサービスセンター」を設置し、カスタマーサポート業務を行っています。さらに、日本全国90店舗を超える「キャニオンバイク持ち込みメンテナンス対応ショップ」のネットワークにより、お客様のお近くで自転車のメンテナンスのご相談をいただける体制を整えています。

With our test ride experience by appointment, you can not only fully experience the cutting-edge, world-class performance but also consult with Canyon's brand crew about any questions regarding the bike, purchasing methods, and after-sales service. *Please note that the center operates only on test ride event days by appointment.

In addition to the Canyon Tokyo Test Center, we have established the Canyon Japan Service Center in Kyoto, which handles customer support operations. Furthermore, with a network of over 90 Canyon bike maintenance shops nationwide, we are well-equipped to assist with bicycle maintenance needs close to our customers.
