ペダル脱着、サドル・タイヤ空気圧調整などスムーズに実施していただき、試乗後は試乗車の詳細を教えていただくなどとても好印象でした。

I went there to try the Aerod, I was a bit early but as I guess the size I was testing isn't that common in Japan, I could start the test right away.
I speak very little Japanese but it was still smooth and this wasn't an issue at all for trying the bike, plus all the staff was very kind.
They fitted my own pedals and phone mount on the bike in no time.
The recommended route was around 10 km, and was perfect to test the bike, I just wish it was a bit longer as I really had fun with the bike.
Back from the ride they offered me a drink and I could rest a bit, chatting with the staff.
If you're considering buying a canyon, I definitely recommend going there, best way to see if the size matches, and the bike matches your expectations, you have to pay for the test, but I think that's ok considering the service, and the price of the bikes.
Now the main downside is that I quite enjoyed the test, but the bike will be available from December at the earliest apparently (~4 months).
