It’s been a long time since I’ve stretched and even longer since I’ve done intensive stretching, but it was great. The instructor pushes each student at their own flexibility level, so no matter how inflexible you feel, you’ll be good. Chair acro was very short, but we learned a little combo.

I can’t come very often but if I could, I would take this class multiple times.
