Tシャツまたはキャミソール、ショートパンツ、タオル、お水をお持ち下さい。足元は裸足またはハイヒール。 

キャンセル料について：当スクール全てのレッスン/オープンポール＆エアリアル（自主練習時間）は開始時間の12時間前から全額のキャンセル料がかかりますのでご注意下さい。 

参加の際のご注意：
当日のハンドクリーム、ボディクリームやオイルの使用はポールがすべりやすくなり大変危険ですのでおやめ下さい。 レッスン時には指輪、ブレスレット、アンクレットなどを全て外して下さい。
Aスタジオでのレッスンは、1人1本のポールを使って頂きます。
Bスタジオでのレッスンは、4名以上参加の場合はポール1本につき2名での利用になります。

All our classes and open pole/aerial (self-practice hours) will be charged a full cancellation fee for cancellations made from 12 hours before the class start.  

Please note：
Please do not use hand cream or body cream before attending pole dance classes because this will make your hands/body slippery. Please remove any jewellery accessories (rings, bracelets, anklets etc.) before a class.
At A Studio lessons, one person use one pole.
At B Studio lessons, 2 persons share one pole if there are 4 or more participants.

Pole Dance Tokyo was established in 2006 and is the largest pole dance and aerial dance studio in Tokyo, Japan. With 15 poles, 6 aerial equipment, 4m ceiling height, each student gets their own poles and will not be shared with others!
