I was worried about transitioning my son from breast milk onto baby food, especially as my Japanese is not very good and I feel uncertain about what to do if there's an emergency. The midwife explained very clearly how to introduce new foods, how to see if there's an allergic reaction and how to make the transition successful. They are so knowledgeable. I'm particularly grateful because she talked to me about breast care when weening onto solid food. I had no idea that many women have sometimes trouble with this transition. She recommended great resources to help me. I hope to use this service more often!
