This class is perfect for anyone who loves to move actively and enjoy a good sweat.
He offers different styles on Tuesdays and Saturdays: Tuesdays feature a more dynamic Vinyasa class, while Saturdays focus on alignment and detailed exploration of each pose. Taking both classes complements each other and helps you gain a deeper understanding of your yoga practice.

Vinyasa yoga, also known as flow yoga, is a style of yoga where movements are linked to the breath, creating a dynamic, flowing, and often dancelike sequence of poses.
At our studio, our Vinyasa instructors bring extensive experience and offer challenging sequences. They excel at hands-on adjustments, giving you more chances for personalized guidance than you might find at other studios.
This class is perfect for anyone who loves to move actively and enjoy a good sweat.
In Basic Flow Yoga, we begin by reviewing fundamental yoga poses, then move through a gentle flow sequence. It’s designed as a foundational class to help you build confidence and strength before joining Vinyasa 1. The amount of movement will be adjusted based on the participants’ experience and energy levels
マイソールクラスは自主練スタイルのプラクティスになります。 前日20時までにご予約のないクラスは、クローズとなります。 Mysore class is a kind of self-practice. So you can adjust the level for yourself. If there is no reservation by 8pm the day before, the class will be closed.
※ スタジオドアオープン時刻以降好きな時間に来て、ドアクローズ時刻まで練習していただけます。お着替えやマットのお片付けは、ドアクローズ時刻の10分前までにお済ませください。You can come and practice whenever you want from the studio opening time until the door close time. But make sure that you finish chaging clhothes and cleaning your yoga mat until 10mins before the door close time.
Led|Led is a class where you will practice Ashtanga yoga following the instructor's instructions. It is performed only with Sanskrit counting (Ekam, Dove, Trini...) and English breathing instructions (Inhale & Exhale). The number of breaths and the timing of entering and exiting a pose are strictly set, and this is done to check the timing of breathing and correct if you find that you are doing it your own way.
Mysore|The style classes held in Mysore, the home of Ashtanga yoga, are commonly known as Mysore classes. In the Mysore class, each student practices a set sequence at their own pace until they are able to do it. In addition, instruction is provided on a one-on-one basis, and the teacher provides new asanas based on the student's level of proficiency.
Basically, students practice every morning. Practice start times vary for each participant. Come to the studio when it's open and start practicing at your own pace.
Official KPJAY (Ashtanga Yoga) instructors are those who have studied Ashtanga Yoga for over 5 years and have achieved a certified level. It has the role of correctly transmitting traditional Ashtanga yoga.
There are three certification levels: "Level 1", "Level 2", and "Certified". KPJAY stands for the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute, the headquarters of Ashtanga Yoga in India.

Ashtanga yoga has completely different teaching styles and class atmospheres depending on the teacher, even if they teach the same yoga. We would be happy if you could try out classes from multiple teachers using the discounted trial tickets that you can purchase on the day of the trial and find a class that suits the stage of your yoga practice.
