Hatha Yoga + Release
Welcome to our Monday night Yoga in English class!
A warm community space to gather together —
offering grounding Hatha yoga to release tension and reconnect at the end of the day.
We explore simple standing, seated, and supine postures with slow, mindful transitions, guided by breath and alignment.
Gentle pranayama and optional chanting support calmness, clarity, and inner balance.
I personally focus on somatic movement.
I wish you could experience a little of the Somatic Hatha through this class.
【What is Somatic Hatha?】
“Somatic” comes from the Greek word Soma (body) and refers to moving with awareness from inside the body.
Hatha Yoga balances “Ha” (sun) and “Tha” (moon) — the energies of effort and ease, movement and stillness.
In this class, somatic awareness is woven into each posture, helping you feel stability, softness, and natural flow from within.
