This class is designed to nurture the suppleness of the body, mind, and spirit while carefully taking each pose and breathing, challenging not only the basic poses but also dynamic and challenging poses at times.
We sometimes take a little longer holding time to gradually move inside of yourself from the body to the breath to the emotions, or repeat the same movement with vinyasa elements.
We will support you to immerse and immerse yourself while recharging your energy, to feel yourself as a Pure Being, and to experience a sense of clarity when you are done!

Slow and deep "breathing" and "poses" reduce stress and improve muscle strength and flexibility. At the end of the class, there will be a 5 minute "meditation time*.
